This project involved designing and producing an educational video course for AirRetailer, aimed at helping their partners understand the platform’s key features, value propositions, and how it stands out in the corporate travel space.

The goal was to make the onboarding experience smooth and informative, turning product education into a scalable asset for the company.

Background:

AirRetailer is a corporate travel management platform that leverages modern tech to help companies make smarter decisions around travel spending, expense management, invoice generation, and more.

Objective:

To create a comprehensive video course that:

  • Trains new partners on AirRetailer’s core features

  • Explains how the platform benefits businesses

  • Equips them with product knowledge needed to pitch and support clients confidently

Approach:

  • Curriculum Design: Mapped out the entire structure of the course based on the partner journey—starting from an overview to deeper dives into key features and use cases.

  • Scriptwriting: Wrote clear, instructional scripts for each module that explained features in a simple, benefit-first way.

  • Visual Style Alignment: Followed brand guidelines to ensure the visuals, tone, and messaging matched AirRetailer's identity.

  • Storyboarding & Production: Created visuals and video flow that support learning, using motion graphics and screen recordings where needed.

  • Final Output: A polished, modular video course that can be embedded on partner portals or shared directly as onboarding content.

Outcome:

This project helped AirRetailer streamline its partner training, reduce support queries, and ensure consistent product understanding across its growing network.

It was a strong learning experience in course structuring, instructional design, and maintaining brand alignment in educational content.
